1- Salary of JEC cader is very very poor. 2- 16% of your CTC is get deducted as PLI and return after minimum 18 months later. No one get 100% PLI as mentioned in CTC. Maximum 80-90% is given back to employ.

It's India fourth largest power plant in term of power generation so u have lot of learning if u are joined early stage of career and work culture is so supportive.

Company accommodation and salary structure are not as per power industries.

Rosa Power one of the best thermal power plant in India which is closer to State Capital Lucknow and also Country capital New Delhi

There is only issue for Diploma Engineers career path and also salary related issues for them but best for graduates engineer in all terms.

There is no respect for contact worker here and salary never increases, no matter how capable you are, engineers always discriminate against you, especially engineers of small posts. Big engineer doesn't have time for your problem whereas contractor is their god.

...PLI, even PMS timing is set like that, the moment you give resign your PLI gone. As if you resign even your salary hike in other company is of no use, don't know how employee are digesting this. You have to work 8 days shift, even after 8 days when you get off after night shift, you are sleeping whole day and next day General shift and as sleep cycle not completed you will be sleeping even in upcomming A shifts. Appraisal is also fixed and not too much. Most of the employee give interview and the. Resign & black mail and gets 10% hike. Basically a blackmail culture.
