Worst company to join for any role. The company has a tyrannical culture which works on whims and fancies. Employees are treated ruthlessly.

...re is no learning and growth opportunities as people only work in survival mode. People are only working here since they have bills to pay else everyone is dreaming to the great escape from this company.

...e to get policy on my name nd told if i didn't get the policy i cant get my job. Totally fraud company they did gave me any salary i work 2 month straight .

No specifications and job clarity for the role of ABM and salary deduction as per company's discrition which do not bring any corporate feelings to employees it seems they are working in a grocery shop not in corporate

Likes

The work life balance here in reliance is excellent. No unnecessary pressure is put up on you. Proper training and induction is conducted when you join the company. The incentive structure is very nice compared toother organizations.

Dislikes

There is no appraisal criteria here. Only way to increase your salary is tthrough promotions and which sometime is difficult to achieve .

...s that he will not get 100% contest. 3-4 will be missed because of ifs and buts. Salary deduction and demotions for sales force. It demotivating for many managers as well as branch head. HR support is very very pathatic, high deduction in f&f if you serve less notice period. Company always wants that vintage employee should left the company because they are highly paid
