The Branch Manager of Goalpara Branch is neither a good leader nor a good human being

Teammates and Immediate supervisor was excellent

You have to only work and there is no such compensation rather the higher management was horrible and worst, they only know how to fill there pockets not the base levels

Here when I started with company I got to know company has no enough data to call customer for advising any policy we need to visit our family members house only for selling policies its better to be a agent as we needs to sell policy to our family or pay out is heigh there

No compensation for home visit like petrol expanse in 30k salary we need to visit customer home for meeting on own expense

The staff was very good, specially the CLM (Umesh Jadhav). The CLM was vert supporting and was always available for me. The training was also effective as I learned new things and also came to know about the market. Policies was also good and the returns were also high to the customer. I just want to say the overall experience was superb.

There were salary issues. Still some of my PAID LEAVES are not paid in my last salary.

Reliance Nippon life insurance is one of the Prestigious Company In India with huge employees & advisor network, thousands of Branches all over the Nation. Well, one of I like about this company is their learning & skill development tools/aaps.

...tion level, HR level also not active so its create strong connectivity problem . Salary structure is very poor, payslip & offerletter's CTC are different. Branch Manager's expectations some times very challenging & hard for Sales team. Company's android Applications (apps) many of times not working properly, so it's hard to make productive. Depends on aforesaid circumstances these are my own & personal opinion/ believe.
