Salary very low, team leader salary 14.5k for month,very critical condition for family handling this salary... another brand promoter salary for minimum 25k maximum 38k but reliance digital staff is very poor.... Please understand our digital staff situation 🙏

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes i had to work 10 to 11 hours. managers do not value an individuals strength, i was the top performer in the girls but they always unnoticed. because of their personal ego. lot of politics between manager and staff. they do always taunt. even if 2 staff is fighting they dont care.
