Incentive part is good at RD.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no week offs, no personal leaves, no proper work timings. The salary/package HR has proposed is total different than what you will get in hand, the net pay is very low as per package.

Work atmosphere, salary crediting system. Training is good about the product.

Promotion is due in working period and Hrm settlement is very worst. I had tried for settlement several times but no response from HR and Company side.

I'm very happy to work in Reliance digital.I got to learn a lot in this company like,Data analysis n system knowledge etc.I've taken a good knowledge in this Retail company.

Most comfort job for ladies, every month there will be training based on our work and also there will be exam test to know updated about work. Full supportive nature of manager.

No increment in salary & not get any incentive for backend team. Pay scale is very low for backend team

It's a great experience with reliance but there is no support for staff and growth is too late i think salary should be nearby 20k for staff because in this costly generation 14k is not enough to survive And incentives are our performance if we hardwork we get more if not then we get less we can't even get a loan offer because of less salary and not a single loan company count incentives as a earning

There is no support for staff if any issue creates at store level we need to pay from our pocket that i don't like at all
