Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

As per department work. I was in costing department and working related to costing and Finance only. Technical work.

Company Salary. Company not thinking about degree employee they compare with old employees for salary who work from last 20-25 yrs.

Job is secure till u work hard. Flexible working timing of 1 hour.

Dislikes

...find career growth as there are many unnecessary designations in this company. Salary growth is very minor. No cafeteria. It is hard for lower staff to reach to GM & above level management. Lower staff works hard credit goes to his manager. Your boss will never rate you 5 out of 5. Lots of paper work. Dont call your boss by his name, only call Sir.

Nothing .. A typical lala company ..

Dislikes

...time .. Even the GM will call a meeting to discuss a re 500 conveyance expense . Most importantly during salary negotiations they will try to misguide you and represent pf and bonus as an extra but ultimately it is not . Beware of this company if you are an educated person looking for a good environment .The company is not a material for educated class of employees .
