Organisation is very close. We can approach any technical managers at any time. Things will be done without any delay. It will be a good learning for freshers without getting stuck with unnecessary process management rules.

Incompetent managers right from the top. These guys don't know what they are doing and what the market need . Churning out useless chips year after year hasn't taught them anything.

only work if you get good development team with good manager

salary is very less, no culture only vulture, no work life balance, only 15 days leave in year, they are not providing any medical benefit , weekend also you have to spent on company, they we will make fake promise while joining like they will give some part of salary in year end but they will not give. Some time they will force you to sign bond other wise leave a company
