Appraisal percentages are good but not on in-hand salary it is done on a fixed salary If you work efficiently your job is seured

Work-Life balance is zero Leaves issues Benefits are not so good [3 lakhs of health insurance that's it] The company will not encourage you to skill upgrade; you are on your own. No training.

Nothing to be liked here. Internal politics is on peak in this company. Moreover they promise things that they can't give like joining bonus. In CTC there is only one deduction for PF but in real double PF is being deducted from salary. Worst company to work for.

5 days work from office but no amenities to manage the load. People have to pay by self for parking, seems they are coming for their personal work or in a shopping mall
