There is a lot of politics and the management isn't transparent. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Your work will be recognised only if you are a boot licker. Cultural events and fun games takes place but not everyone can participate in it. Transport is available but only till mid-way.

The only good part is salary gets credited on time, and they provide average salaries.

If you want to change anything for the betterment of the company, the first roadblock is the Sr. Manager. she only listens to her favourite chaatu employees. 8. If these people are thrown out, the company will progress. 9. Office politics is at its peak. 10. The senior employees treat juniors like shit. and the list goes on... If anyone is planning to join this comany, then please stay away from the OG's, ye sirf chugli karke aage badh rahe hain. aur inko Team leader ban na hai..

A lot of office politics, There is nothing like job security here. All of a sudden HR will come and say today is your last working day, they will force you to resign. They will say that you will not get relieving letter if you don't resign. Reach Local is managed by Gannet & there is a lot of office politics and which is overseen or unnotice. VP ( Example-Humprey's Toni) is direct connect with the office chamagiri's like tenured employees(Example Dhruv Paras) and decisions are made by hearing the office chamchagiri's, which is the worst part of this company. I have never seen in my corporate life this kind of chamchagiri's allowed by a international companies. A lot of office Politics nothing like ethics, hard working employee's will be terminated with no reasons and boot lickers will be promoted to high levels.

I don't consider the so called benefits as pros. I think it's the best place for ambition less people.

...ization is to flatter your talentless leader and remain completely ambitionless. However, even that won’t give you a decent salary. (Not even peanuts infact) There’s nothing to improve here—it’s a group of unskilled people. If you have no ambition or skills, this is the place for you!

...is creates a problem whose name shall we suggest when we enter the organization. Then they say we have a bond for 2 years and we need to pay deposit of Rs 50,000/- for their laptops and we can take them when we leave organization, its an organization rule. If we don't agree on this HR says give blank cheque with no amount in the bank, company has no time to verify so you will get your job 100%. Whatever and however assignment you do, you will get hired its our promise, Please don't tell this to anyone. This is why most of the people have fear joining there.
