Questionable Leadership in the Legal Department: The Head Legal is on a contract but does not contribute effectively. Attendance is irregular, and even when present, personal work seems to take priority over company responsibilities . No appraisal if you are working on third party payrole like Teamlease Company culture -Politics in Contact centre and in every process No new learning after 3 months of your joining Don't expect anything from your Manager just manage by yourself, blame game is always there Product team will not provide any additional value only removals are there in product although listing base organisation so not much expectations.

Nothing much to say about likes except for salary structure to save taxes(not the salary paid) and you get to work with new technologies here.

No work life balance, not promoted much, not so high salary, micro management, policies which doesn't benefit employee much, toxic hierarchy, no work from home.
