Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometime,I have to work 12-14 hours manager do not value an individual unique strength and also salary not good for this work.

Not improving my financial stability. Keeping my career not goal in track. Employee who seattle in to long terms position are not likely to achieve their career. Gossiping or spreading rumors about others, Intentionally with holding important information. Excessive oversight, poor attitude/lack of honesty, Management not making good use of employee skills. Low employee engagement and lack of flexibility. Impact on employee : Fear of one's own jobless and always selfish decision.

Above mentioned please see the cause. In Covid period 2020,I had got poor attitude means lack of honesty from our Director.
