Not improving my financial stability. Keeping my career not goal in track. Employee who seattle in to long terms position are not likely to achieve their career. Gossiping or spreading rumors about others, Intentionally with holding important information. Excessive oversight, poor attitude/lack of honesty, Management not making gooduse of employee skills. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.l love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality product and has a global client base.I get to travel on site visits company project another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culturel background, and we work happily in colleaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometime,I have to work 12-14 hours manager do not value an individual unique strength and also salary not good for this work.
