It's great they pay us on time that's the only security we have.

No communication and coordination between the management, ( too many bosses no leaders). Issues with breaks. ( no breaks) Forced Overtime. Training could have been better ( not equipped with necessary tools to train and enhance quality). Issues when it comes to applying for leaves. No Job Security. Etc

Although, The salary benefits are impeccable the leave requests are denied and cut shorted. There is no overtime but if the goals aren't meeting you're informed to work on a Saturday as well. No micro management but there is no work life balance

.... You can't even take leaves even when medical certificate is submitted to them. Salary is totally unacceptable and they will deduct both salary and incentives for absence. You will think inspire of salary, I can earn from incentives. But no, only the favourite ones will only get good calls for collection and so, incentives goes to them always. All you will end up is salary and few 2-5k of incentives that's it. You will be underpaid for all the effort you put in, for 9 hrs of login every single day and all they will notice is your mistakes only. So If you are ever thinking of Joining or have joined now, Good Luck and take care there!

Manager was awesome. Work life balance. Colleagues are very helpful. Overall a good company.

No promotions happened in covid period and even 1 year adter as well. Salary didn't got increased in my two years of tenure.

Worst work environment and toxic work culture. The only thing that kept me working was salary used to come on time. Since they have moved to work from home option due to the pandemic, management has realised to squeeze working hrs and take advantage of the situation. Company policies are not fair as human resource team seems to favour management views as they were promoted i internally from operation. If you need breaks or any leave request it's like you begging for basic support. Salary hike is like the cost of a peanut packet in the market. Please do think twice about joining here.
