Radical minds HR & admins are good but there hands are tied unable to interfere in Zomato SOS Process.

Dislikes

...part is in one week table & chair will clean so all have to manage in cafeteria.Sometimes training classes will take time 15-25days if you certified then only salary will be there otherwise tata bye-bye. For regional individual associate daily one fatal it be there from external Auditor,so agent demotivated day by day so there quality score wil not go more than 60-70% , whatever updates associate will get that same updates external audit will get after 15days or 1 month till that time they consider as that fatal & afterwards time has expired so can't able to remove also that fatal. Incomplete info they marked fatal 4-5 forms had to fill on calls. (Google forms).Some Team leader abusing & many times quarrelling happened on floor with high base volume & process manager speaking & abusing with loud voice either in phone or with agent ,at that time they will not care about process quality so all should have to focus on their calls.

I am not satisfied here in this company, If you really want to gain an experience in BPO sector then go to into best others BPO'S company which is available in Gurugram only, personally I'll not recommend anyone to work here, very worst work culture, always salary issues and so many things. It was my experience in this company, if you are agree then ask to the people who already are working there or resigned from there but still you don't believe then go and do your job for some of months then you will definitely realise the real things about this company...

...in training as I was asked to leave the training room in middle of the training. Now come to the salary part. HR head and even ER head Mrs Manjri Madam do not have complete knowledge about the company. I was asked to leave the company on July 3, 2024 and ER Vimal, HR head Munish Walia said that you will get the salary on 5th July. I didn't get it. Then thay asked to wait for 10 th July. Then they asked to wait till 15 th July. And when i went to ER Manjri then she said that ohh we forgot to take the approval from client end to release the salary we are completing it experience on priority. This is their priority. After that she said that I will confirm you on 16th July when you will receive the salary. When I called ER Manjri on 17th she said I forgot to inform you , THAT IS HOW THEY TAKE OWNERSHIP OF EMPLOYEE'S CONCERN. SORRY EX-EMPLOYEE'S . And the day after 17 July she said that you will get the salary after 45 days. Previous she said that we will release your salary exceptionally as ATL was done and this was not a resignation and now she said to wait for 45 days. This is the work culture of THE WORSE RADICAL MINDS. WHERE MANAGEMENT DO NOT HAVE ANY MIND AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THIS IS HOW THEY HARRASH EMPLOYEES MENTALLY. I SUGGEST NEVER JOIN RADICAL MINDS..............

My salary hold this company for last 22 days and am asking so that's answered me you are not filled fnf form that's why your salary hold. And I was working this organisation I was moved another process. Because process is rampdown. I was working full month of November but I received salary only 8 days.
