Have worked with the company for 3.5 years. There were no layoffs, pay cuts, or payments delays during the lockdown. A good place to start a career and learn. Overcall company culture is very good. All colleagues including senior management and the CEO G.K. Raju sir himself is very supportive and always encourage to learn more. At Race2Cloud, people are allowed to try new things, make mistakes and learn from it making it a perfect place for freshers and those who are trying to re-start their career. The management itself insists on having a good work-life balance. You get good opportunities to interact with different clients, handle various situations.

...cially after second lockdown in rush of new assignments coming in is phenomenal. The culture is employee friendly and during tough days lockdown no pay cuts and salary was on time. The management is helpful and understanding. The hard work done by everyone is reflected into good hikes and moral of employees is boosted. The attrition rate is really low and good company to stay with for long term for peace of mind and work life balance if you are wise and sincere.

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
