...n you say no. I quit because I was often left alone in a busy ER on night shift. The pay is on the lower end here. Even with experience. And the training may as well be a pbs childrens show. So my advice after working here several years is to stay away.

Good work environment. Teammates and management are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair with good bonus every year.

There are lot of politics which management doesn't adress our issues.

The company has good job security. I am very happy to have good teammates with nice work environment stress free work.

Compensation is good but appraisal are very less. Incentive policy is very worst if we work more also we will not get any incentives they will have so many reasons to tell

Balanced work and personal life, Management is too supportive and understand the limitations and challenges of every employee and work towards the improvement areas

...d WFH sometimes each individual isn't available to be a part of it (F2F/Onsite). Also, at Organization level it needs to review each ones Compensation to make it balanced for all, especially for tenured team members (Salary Revision at Market based).

Please do not join this company. They did not pay you F&F Payment.I left the Company last month and now they did not pay me the Salary. Their Salary is also very low as compared to EXL, TP, and Genpact.You will join other companies as this is the worst to join the Company. They did not pay the Salary on Time and I did not receive the Experience Letter and Final payment. They told me We did not pay you
