Overall it was a good experience for me to work here, as my project & project managers were super awesome! But this is not the case with all of my colleagues, I have seen them working 24*7, & still taking permission from their superior to logout or for a break. I have seen people getting inclined to smoke & drink to distract themselves from the day to day pressure they feel. I have seen my colleagues working 48hours straight on weekends for rush projects and it's horrible. So, if you're lucky & you get a good long running, well managed project then you will be fine or else it will become very difficult for you to manage. Insider tip : If you're not happy with your current project, try to talk to the staffing team to get your interest area of work alligned with the kind of project you're getting. Everyone (from the VP to the Senior HRs) are pretty approachable if your own conduct & behaviour is good. Also, avoid gossips.

Compensation is probably the best in the industry standard. Huge learning opportunities, specially for fresher. They provide doorstep pick up and drop facility and the cost of it is not included in the CTC.

Dislikes

Work life balance. Long working hours. Incase of tight deadline people are expected to work even for 18 hours a day. Poor leave policy. Some project managers are biased.

Likes

Little to no job security. Pathetic work culture, lots of petty politicians, an all time unhappy management, no learning and growth opportunities, worst HR policies, high over time work with no perks excpet food, sometimes over tike go beyond statutory working limits and company charge clients for it but never extend that to the people. Neither the executive managment, nor the CEO or COO has any humanity towards their employees.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like. The salary is not competitive, it is actually way more than standard. So it becomes difficult when one tries to switch. Also company blackmail resources to work for them for more than 100 hours in a week, but never pay a single amount for over-time and loot all the money that it recovers from its clients towards over-time work done by resources.

Culture, job security, unprofessional behaviour, not even helpful. Only gonnaa pay 21200 to new joinee, till 1.5 year then gonna increase 3k only and pg rent is 13k minimum. You only know 9 am is login time but log out depends sometimes next day.
