Likes

Compensation is probably the best in the industry standard. Huge learning opportunities, specially for fresher. They provide doorstep pick up and drop facility and the cost of it is not included in the CTC.

Dislikes

Work life balance. Long working hours. Incase of tight deadline people are expected to work even for 18 hours a day. Poor leave policy. Some project managers are biased.

Its good for freshers only to gain experience in corporate world nothing more positive here.

The work culture is very pathetic, they will make you work longer hours for more than 12 hours based on the project requirements, HR team a spineless department in this company they are not at all responsible for anything, they will simply blame the management. All the managers are toxic and not at all professional, they all are directly came from stone age to corporate world. Managers main goal is to meet the targets by way of making the entire team to achieve unreasonable targets. Mangers never care for their team's mental and physical health. That is the main reason 80% of their talented resource left the company in past 2 years. still there in no change in the company policies.
