... a breeding ground of stress and frustration. Avoid this company at all cost. They even tried to offer joining bonus to new joinees but fun fact is that a whole batch of seven people left after taking joining bonus. HIGHEST NUMBER OF ATTRITION because of managers. Manager target the agents and take out grudges. Only one manager works DEEPAK SRIVASTAVA and all other managers left or burden their own work on Deepak. Other managers leave for partying and drink alcohol in between of their shift. Managers themselves doesn’t come in their shift and ask agents to come in their shift. Bilkul ghatiyaa company. Worst company ever worked. No women safety. Managers flirt with female employees. They dont pay you well. They will juice you up and even force you to do work more than the target. Too much manipulation done by managers. Worst manager there is Rajesh kataria. Ek dum ghatiyaaa. No support and will not grant you leaves. Only only one most favourite employee. If you have worked there then you must have known about that favourite employee

Very limited to no employee friendly policies eg. 3 months notice period without any option for negotiation will have to serve 90 days else have to pay for full salary, no leave carry forward or with limited or less than 15 days cash out (basic only) irrespective of how much you accumulate, no insurance coverage for parents even as an option, very limited Covid support, irrespective of level you can accumulate only 28K/year in total (both employee and employer contribution) as provident fund, not even equipped with proper workstations at premises...
