No job guarantee Dont honor 3 months notice, will force workers on bench to move out in less than month and dont pay 3 month full salary also Growth is very slow and low recognition Very very less salaries and less competitiveness

Organization allows employee to focus on cross skill training and they have a advance salary option which would be beneficial to employees

Dislikes

Management is supportive and even though there was an escalation from client because of delay in the delivery management convinced the client mentioning that resource is new to the process

It's a great place to work. In fact I started loving going to work after I joined quest. It's been a great lovely 10 years with quest, but now a bit little tough time, but can't complain as the entire world is struggling. Quest is still supporting and had been a great strength to us even in these times.

Dislikes

Some improvement cannbe shown in yearly pay increments and compensation.

Likes

I could find some really good friends and co employees. Job security will be their if you have long term project and if you are OK to work in shifts for long hours. Appraisal in salary is poor irrespective of your performance. Politicians are here for you. Don't expect innovation as it is service company. You have to stay for 9.30hours minimum.

Dislikes

... returns in single investment,They make people work in shifts without any logic. Variable pay is just an figure in CTC. You might be dumped with work apart from your responsibilities by any person which they don't want to do like excel sheets etc.,.

It is waste to work here if you want skill development and career achievements. If you just need salary and any type of work is ok go for this.

Dislikes

No skill development, no standard salary, increment. Only 9hour billing.
