I worked for around 2.5 years in this company. Here most of the managers you will get will micromanage you and will push you so that they can take out as much work as possible from you without being empathetic towards you. Even if client is cool with your work management here will keep bothering and will keep pushing you to take more work as they usually have limited budget. Better avoid this company altogether, join only if you are not getting any other offers. Also once you put papers and plan to leave,managers here will make your life hell and will try their best to stop your career. So beware before joining here and do your research well.

There is nothing to be liked here. So many deductions from your gross salary. Only pro is you will be getting salary on time.

...ce working with Quest Global. HR policies and other facilities are really great. Good salary and increment if you are working well.

Very rare interaction with immediate manager, which hinders your development and growth. But that totally is specific to a manager and project you are working with.

Managers tourture and poor appraisals, poor salary, poor compensation and benifits, less amount for shift working peaple, poor appraisal process and lot of office politics, if asked for the reason for not giving appraisal no one is taking responsibility and who are working are poor fellows

...l stress. Hikes postponed by 6 months without arrears and the hikes were so low. Performance based bonus payout was so low since last 3-4 years. Stagnentation everywhere. No growth to be seen anywhere. Top leadership is clueless.

May be some other ODC is good in quest but about Abb odc nothing is likeable

...ese are the collective points to not getting any project from coustomer (abb) 5. The salary is also less for team members (engineers). And now as per report they also putted some engineers on bench. ..And they also picked those who was less in talk and more in work basically who don't want to do poltics and back biching and buttering them. 6. The ABB odc is full with negativity just bcz of program manager, Lead engineer, and senior engineer. Even program will pressurize you for getting project also which is not your work 😂
