Job security is unpredictable and purely on demand of the position. Work culture is good and teammates are helpful. Management is weak in handling professionals. Their career aspirations are never taken care. There are no projects and routine work is irrelevant their expertise. Company policies are good.

There is lot of politics created by management hence they don't employee's issues. Salary is ok but no career growth. It is basically a company run by instructions only on one person in management and other members of their team are titular heads following instructions.

They sometimes provide snacks and mainly tea and coffee

Dislikes

Bad bad bad company if you have worked in a bpo and have good comms never enter here they want such people only but they will make sure they provide you pennies and get more work done from you as per the management you aren't supposed to work after 6 but the management also says if you can't complete sit back on Sunday and do it also the people have a work different thinking they will keep staring at you for some reason and top of that the people take your case there and if they see that you don't talk they humiliate you and threaten you I left the company but the management won't do anything much apart from removing the person
