I don't like anything for this company as of now.. no HR support, very bad behaviour of the staff. They lie to the words

This provides an opportunity to work with multiple clients on contract basis. No job security when you will work you will pay

Only provide contract position and poor salary increase and salary offered on the basis of client and no appraisal on yearly

Pathetic company to work with. It was a huge mistake joining this organization. You need to fight for your salary always late. Worst leave policy no carry forwards in monthly leaves. Hr will stop replying u once u join the company. No job security. Worst company to work with

Nothing to like about this company as this is a Third party consulting firm.

...They exploit by giving one leave per month 2. Do not offer Parental insurance 3. Company contribution of PF is deducted from our salary that's sad 4. Hired on wrong commitment, we were told that contractors will be made permanent after 6 months, that wrong. In Accenture we are told we are considered to be permanent after 18 months. 5. Salary is done on 7th. They don't pay in advance as other companies do by 31st or 1st of every month. Third class work experience. They are thugs from Noida.

This company is disgusting. They steal all your money. Think 10 times before u join.

While working with Pyramid : My salary was not calculated properly. Public holidays like Jan 26 was treated as my unpaid leave. After raising this issue and chasing for 2 months got that paid. Tax wrongly calculated. For 6 months every salary slip had different amounts. Since contract was getting expired, I hot my last working day as September 31st.. this mail I received in month of March. Still they continued to deduct my Graduity ammount which was more then 5000/- when asked, they said it will be given at my FnF. After I resigned with proper approval from Client in Sept, my last working day was Oct 31st.. when asked for acceptance of my resignation, they said it will be provided on my last working day.. and it was provided on 1st Nov. Reliving letter was provided on Nov 25th.. When asked for FnF pay days.. still they dont have clarity on that and cannot provide. It's been 55 days and they have not yet paid me my FnF. And Graduity... forget.. it's already been stolen
