1. CTC offered is great for most of the employees. 2. Bonus is not included in CTC. 3. Quick appraisals.

Dislikes

1. Work culture. 2. Worst work life balance. 3. Worst company for Software Development. None of the best practices are followed in 90% of the projects. 4. They cheat with their clients. 5. They unnecessarily start software development without freezing the requirements. 6. 70% of people here are unprofessional. 8. Unlimited office politics.

Only thing that I like about this company, they provide so much benefits for their employer, gifts, bonus, if you want you could add even your X-wife or Husband to mediclaim, excets others etc, company think upto that much.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance, too much pressure and there is no scope to reduce that, it's really depends in which dept. are you working on.

Work life balance, US based clients, skill development, Cool relation between managers and Individual contributors

Dislikes

Very less salary hike, they often try to find lame reason to pay you less, less promotion, irrelevant of the year of experience and your expertise of skills.

Likes

Great learning opportunities, strong brand name, diverse projects, smart colleagues, good career growth potential.

Dislikes

Long working hours - even on weekends, high pressure of project deadlines, work life balance goes for toss, compensation and hikes are not great, no team building activities.

Likes

Salary is generally given good and at proper time, work life balance is also good

Dislikes

They have no such a good policy about promotions and yearly gift, unnecessary delay in onboarding and offboarding, sudden layoffs in the name of trainings.
