1. Most of the colleagues are technically strong. Even directors and partners are up to date with new cutting edge technologies. 2. Work life balance is pretty good if you have a good manager and you are assigned to a single project. 3. The work environment and the culture is good enough, although it depends on the team and the project 4. Job security is there 5. Only that the reporting manager will never say to to you for taking a leave.

...you are a 3rd party employee you will never get any help from PWC management. 4. If you r a 3rd party payrole most of the time you will not receive salary on time as your reporting manager will not approve the same.
