1:-Anyone want to learn new technology yourself and work. 2:- Bonus 10-30% other than salary. 3:- Good chance to learn bootlicker also.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. They will assign 3-5 project at a time so that you need to work in weekend also, to match the delivery date. Hike and bonus total base on your bootlicker skills. Good bootlicker person got 3 rating than also got 30% but you got 1 rating and not good bootlicker than only 10%.

Fat Salary Terrific Learning as in small implementation projects there is no support

No work life . Whole day and weekend sometimes you need to work. No appreciation of good work. Only lobby with partner or their lobbies work Your promotion will be stopped if you are not in correct lobby.

... a client location missing out on a lot of events such as festivals, fun events. Package offered is less so not satisfied. Task given or volunteered have a unrealistic deadline.

PwC provides a platform to develop self as a leader Good annual hike and compensation Work is very hectic if u are in project . Good team and managers. Good training and certifications. Yearly shutdown

They can put you in any non IT project if you are on bench . Once you deployed , returning to your own technology takes year atleast. WorkLife hectic .

Salary is generally given good and at proper time, work life balance is also good

Dislikes

They have no such a good policy about promotions and yearly gift, unnecessary delay in onboarding and offboarding, sudden layoffs in the name of trainings.
