Nothing I gave interview for datascience role through campus placement, they put me in SDE, pay is worst as well. 8.5LPA base for SDE when others pay double

Nothing is good in the advisory line of service. Unqualified manager/director commands on more educated guys. They'll be white washed from India soon because of their inefficiecy at the workplace.

...ng any personal favour. Leadership is choked in the advisory line of service. Salary is below average of the industry standard. Partners/Director do unlawful activities openly, I saw both my partner and director were involved in selecting unqualified candidates just because they are their family member. They just do fake promises. Nothing on paper means nothing has been said. (Giving this genuine advice to ask for signed copy if any promises are given) Micromanagement is in PwC's DNA. WORST COMPANY in terms of work life balance.

...en same respect as that of a Partner or a director or a managers no matter what. HIERACRCHY system was prevalent but without special attributes keeping the pay and the responsibilities aside for sure.

The main issue was not the firm but the specific client range(Traditional Pharma CSV) that we were provided or were fetched by our superiors. they were mainly monotonous rather than being lucratively creative in their approach, because of this aspect the potential client conversion ration was being affected to such a extent that bench time for whole team turned in for months,

...rk culture, very bad behaviour of TL they frusted from pwc and upper management. no saturday off, high work pressure, lack of man powering, they give you good package but use 2 fte's work. If you want to spoil your life can join PwC India. I dont know how people are working. Corporate se bhi bhura haal hai. Worse Management. Life ki sabse badi galti i joined PwC.
