Worst work life balance is a myth in pwc, management is toxic. They do not treat employee with respect , less pay, more work, no pay for extra time worked , managers will force employee to work from home

Likes

The culture of PWC is good. Pwc puts so some effort for upskilling employee brand value that's make a difference among PWC there other competitors. They have organized many programs to build brand of its own for its employees as well.

Dislikes

...t compromise on things that they promised to new hires at the time of induction. Personally I have faced so many like Joining bonus not received, welcome is a joke after multiple followup we have received defective products, & Adding to this they removed the Swift Allowance which was discussed at the time of salary negotiation. They consider the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM as a general day Swift 👎where you supposed to work in night hours. This is directly effecting our pockets.

Politics. Groupism only the frnds of sr managers and director will get projects rest will lay like tat and later they lay you off stating you are not sutaiable and unable to get into projects one of the foolish organisation even though they have potential to make difference but directors and sr managers are spoiling it so many sr managers who are dumb but they survive and get help and PPL at mid level and jr level they lay off

... locations. Felt Quality and class in Company's Culture. Great Deployment leads. Liked the pay structure, Rewards Central and shift allowances. Liked the Company events like IGNITE.

Dislikes

Did not like the Appraisal process over there. Project assignment process is unclear. Felt unprofessionalism in HR talks. Did not feel job security.

Note Above ratings are based on the team I am working with. 1. Great learning. 2. Good salary. 3. There some good Manager's in team recently who are doing exceptional job. 4. Great brand value. 5. Steps are being taken to standardise the process.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is zero. 2. Promotion are a hit and a miss. No standard metric to evaluate a candidate. 3. A lot of attrition which has reduced quite a bit which is a good thing. 4. So much of uncertainty in the team. 5. No proper communication within the team members. 6. A lot of ad-hoc request even if it not you work people call you directly on to your phone. 7. Some policies are not cool.
