Policies and learning opportunities (which are on paper since policies never get implemented in real and you never get time from your work to learn anything)

Dislikes

Seniors treat you badly, poor compensation, poor groundwork on policies, poor work-life balance, made to work on Saturday without comp off or punching in hours for extra work or extra day put into, toxic work environment and many other things which will degrade your confidence and mental health to the lowest. Join only if you are ready to sacrifice everything for a tag or have no other opportunity at hand.

Working environment is very nice. Here we have open door policy and its not just in papers its there in real. They have not done pay cuts or lay offs. Only bonus and increments have been deferred that also they are going to announce on 1st october.

Salary is slightly on a lower side in comparison to other big4s.

Everything here is average in terms of work culture, work life balance, salary and benefits, promotions, learning and development and work satisfaction. It depends on the manager under which you are working and the team you are a part of. (Auditing domain perspective)

Work life balance in Audit is not available. Salaries and appraisals not upto the mark.

...12%-40% on reward statement. But you will get 3% of bonus at the end of year 😆. 2) they deduct insurance premium from salary. Before joining ask for high pay . Performance doesn't matter here for promotion .only good connection with managers important 😂. Lots of politics . Be ready to work on weekends.no personal life . 1 source working on multiple projects. Even If any task get delayed due to multiple project assignment, they gone blame you only . Your health is not important. You die but you have to complete your work.
