No work life balance at all. Pay is never up to the mark. There can’t possibly be a more toxic work culture than this company. Over working is so extreme that working till 2 even on weekends is considered normal and expected. People who try to set boundaries are seen as incompetent and lazy.

Nothing is good in the advisory line of service. Unqualified manager/director commands on more educated guys. They'll be white washed from India soon because of their inefficiecy at the workplace.

...ng any personal favour. Leadership is choked in the advisory line of service. Salary is below average of the industry standard. Partners/Director do unlawful activities openly, I saw both my partner and director were involved in selecting unqualified candidates just because they are their family member. They just do fake promises. Nothing on paper means nothing has been said. (Giving this genuine advice to ask for signed copy if any promises are given) Micromanagement is in PwC's DNA. WORST COMPANY in terms of work life balance.

Nepotism, poor salary if you are not the management's pet. Bad managers can ruin everything for you. No personal space, they will ask you to work even during vacations and birthdays

The work culture and quality of associates are good. The firm allows perfect work life balance. It is easier to move within competencies, if you want.

Dislikes

The compensation structure is old school with negligible negotiation, even for deserving candidates. The HR department is not worth of any assistance to employees. Negligible employee engagements, extra curricular activities, Trainings organised. No international transfer opportunities or encouragement
