Job security - Good

Dislikes

Compensation doesn't match the market trends and all the learning opportunities they provide are rarely put in practise. You learn new skills but are not given opportunities to use those skillset.

Leaders are totally useless & inefficient when it comes to HR & admin Department. Shakir Iqbal, Pemanand, Karthi Palanikumar are pathetic employees and have no work ethics. Vikas Aggarwal - Director from the contingent Workforce management team is one the most incompetent leader I have seen. He regularly abuses his team & gives no growth. Should be fired immediately on compliance ground.
