Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

Have multiple task but it's nothing like dislike if we can take in possitive it's benefits for us to learning different things

Pvr is premium class cinema exebition company in India and srilanka. My overall experience in this organisation is excellent. Company is continuously growing except COVID duration. Company's policies related to employee benefits, work cultures, future growth are very good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but rationale at the time of COVID period.

The company is a leading accord India in cinema multiplex, distribution, now company support us during periods of covid 19 from to till at but all will be depend the situation of covid 19 effecting.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high during the duty time and after duty.
