As Per my 5 years Experience Good work environment an clutcher. Teammates are supportive and the mangment is transparent, & some company policies are good,give the bonus every year.

There is lot of Politics & the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...lly. You have to available on 24 hours on duty for any location at any time. Work load is very high as compared to salary. No any appreciation you will got if you are not in corporation employme even you given 100+% for your job. I worked at inox and given my 200 % for company. Doing 16 hours duty some time , sometimes doing double duties. Run 34 to 40 km at late night for company work much times. But no one is appreciate me for same. Not be documents not by verbally. One time we doing duties on national holiday and company not give us salary or comp off for same. Will do free of cost duty that day. Most of the your comp off were lost as you haven't time to get it.

I love PVR cinemas because last 10 years work in cinemas ... PVR brand is very good , PVR management system is very good.... PVR hi is my family....

... and projectionist I and PVR teams we have supporting my managers and RGM Sir...but my salary is very low 22800/- in my post engineering executive. Enjoy my works.....thx 🙏

Like to mention - Saurav Dhawan (GM Housekeeping) handling Karnataka is pathetic person, abusive in nature and always abuse.... Remove that person from company - The housekeeping culture of Bangalore will improve
