Appreciation of your work, is very hard to get. but you will get criticized for even a smallest mistake. Inappropriate appraisal system, huge pay gap for same cadre employee. if you are working on new developmental product on which you have least knowledge, you will be expected to do it in stipulated time frame. you will be treatedas if you are expert of that product, you cannot make any mistake. in short you are expected to do R&D with limited resources and technical help, at times this frustrates you a lot....Read More

Exciting at times. It all depends on the project you get to handle. some times get new challenging project which will add to your learnings and experience, some time routined job will get you bored. but it is on and off.

I love PVR cinemas because last 10 years work in cinemas ... PVR brand is very good , PVR management system is very good.... PVR hi is my family....

We have engineering executive in PVR Cinema City Mall Andheri I like my job I like my technician and projectionist I and PVR teams we have supporting my managers and RGM Sir...but my salary is very low 22800/- in my post engineering executive. Enjoy my works.....thx 🙏
