Company provides good package and flexible in meeting your demands during the hiring process. This makes onboarding experience smooth and welcoming.

However, once you join company struggles with delivering on promises such as appraisals, as i have not received one from last 2 years. No work life balance. The UPS project, though client is reasonable, but PS leadership is arrogant and uncooperative.

Salary and benefits are quite less as compared to other companies. Work depends on project, not all projects have good work satisfaction!

Its managment is highly manipulative, and employees who doesn't subscribe to their shady and sometimes pervertic activities, they get fired by labelled as incompetent , even possibly by the same persons who rated they excellent while hiring .

...oject lead/manager after the completion of project is taken into consideration . Furthermore, there haven't been any salary hikes in the last year. If you're seeking positive work culture , a healthy work-life balance and decent salary , I strongly recommend staying away from this company.
