Work culture is worst, During covid time few people were in bench without any salary. And people who were working are didn’t had even single day of leave, without any hike. Working even on weekends.

I love the fact that iam a part of team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client bAs.my colleagues come from various cultrual backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.i also like the employee rehire policy here

The teammates and work environment are very good. I learned a lot while working there. Work-life was balanced.

The PF policies are not clear. The company deducted PF from my salary but never submitted.After leaving the company when I checked PF transaction on EPFO porta,no transaction were there. Even I contacted HR department but did not get my transaction details.I think they are not willing to pay.

Everything there is no work culture no work life balance you'll get salary on the 6th of the month and its depends on the VP mood. you have to work for saturday also. No work from home. you'll get only one leave in a month, otherwise LOP . 12 total leave, there is no sick leave , if you are sick then you can take work from home No maternity leave for women, there was one women employee she asked for maternity leave they fired her and VP was saying you have to come daily otherwise leave this company. there is no medical insurance for employee you have to sit for 9 hrs continiousy , your manager always be on your head. sometimes he will seat with you.overall experience is too bad. pls don't join. join at you own risk it's a family run zoo vp's are brother HR's are his wife and they are shouting on everyone
