...y time. Company culture is also very good. Since it is a global consulting firm. Salary and bonuses are good comparing it with Industry / Corporates.

Did not cut pay in lockdown (however I was 100% working in lockdown) but all leaves are deducted. HR policies are very bad in terms of leaves. No mental health and well being leaves or some kind of benefits. Beware of 3 months notice period.

...r Management does not value your contribution. Managerial culture is followed. I had major accident while travelling to work and had to take 2 months bedrest but no compensation given (or their is no accidental insurance), even manger asked to work and salary was deducted for that 2 months. Culture is toxic. Full of career damaging politics. You will not get promotion if you are not licking manager's XXXXX. No growth opportunity both in terms of money & knowledge, repetitive client is provided and expected that you will do magic in audit review. No position all credit is taken by Directors and managers. HR is so stupid that you cant complain anything. Certain Directors are MBA and does not value your technical observations and ruined the reports. Reports are reviewed after 3-5 months and audits are started after insisting by client. For joining, you will get decent hike, since it is consulting business and work is not at all qualitative.....useless work and more money. Remember they are competing Big 4 and middle east is primarily providing 70-80% of business. The work is garbage and you need to dance on their music. Join at your own risk.

...or new employees to visit at many location across india as well as out of india. They have good package offerings and learning culture. I would resign protiviti a soon due to family constraints. Otherwise all member and staffs are so helpful to eachother. I think productive learning sessions are new concepts taken by the top level mabagement. Top level management is supportive and understanding all efforts of new joinees

Some peoples in the management are good they think about your growth and the seniors help you todo your job if needed.

I'm working more than 10 hours, extremely underpaid. Project managers have no good behaviour, they treat you like they own you, they will threat you about Salary if you don't work as per expectations to them and they won't expect any mistake from you as a human. If any mistake dine they'll threat you. When you need emergency leave for you and and your family, project managers think that's not important, only project and client is important. Forces you to make the conversation with seniors when you need help and almost everytime you can't reach them because they're occupied, no training, nothing, but they expect full fledged cutting edge expertise from you, I'm just a fresher and for starting this firm is horribly bad. Yes some good peoples are there too but the worst ones are so bad that they don't care about anything. They'll pressurise you to work on weekends. As a fresher you'll take much time to finish a new task because you've to learn while doing your job, you've to read, search, but project manager thinks I'm just sitting around. At the end you'll be occupied with boring and typical non productive works irrelevant to your work expectations.

1. Salary sub industry standards 2. Appraisals will get you max 10% with promotions and without promotions negligible 3. Toxic management without people skills. No compassion and only business minded. Will treat you like dirt. 4.Post resignation harrassment is prevalant. Without FnF and experience letter for 60days 5. Lack of skilled resources with mostly college freshers on minimum wage and without any industry skill 6. No growth will retain u in one domain without certifications. 7. Strict working conditions . No wfh and useless HR with no support
