No scope for personal growth, disrupted work-life balance while working from home in lockdown, low salary compared to market and no additional benefits, internal politics

This is a backend support job. You design ppts, scrub documents and populate excel files. And by research, they mean cooy pasting from google and paraphrasing them. After completing your hard-earned MBA, this is what you're expected to do. Join this company only if you don't have a choice, as they have 2 year bond period as well.

Dislikes

... have no ambition and are probably the most unskilled employees in the industry. They are just happy with getting peanuts for salary and not learning new tools and techniques.

Likes

It's a consultancy so if you have project then you are safe and you will get money apart from salary. They force to employees to get less per DA money. And flight cost insurance cost. Etc. They don't care if you are outside the country without travel insurance

Dislikes

Manager ask to use cheap unsecured flight. Asked why you required travel insurance when you are outside the country.

...gement Listens; 2. Though only 2 wfh per month, but those are easily given; 3. In hand Salary is impressive; 4. Interaction with the US team and the clients; 5. Directors, ADs are welcoming and easily approachable; 6. HR is really great; 7. Finance Dept really helpful; 8. Laptops are top notch; 9. Internet and company infrastructure- good

1. Management ONLY Listens; 2. While on wfh, they expect 10x work from you- Unfair; 3. Admin and IT dept are sometimes a pain; 3. No Cafeteria; 4. No transportation

Good employee engagement activities.

Dislikes

No collaborative work between multiple consulting services offered. Lack of proper management and work life balance. The managers are not well trained and not from consulting background which makes it difficult for them to allocate work effectively and get the projects closed on time. Poor culture and no work ethics. Lack of proper infrastructure in terms of attending meetings, being a client-facing company. No work from home allowed, senior managers/ leaders get triggered if asked for wfh due to any reasons.
