They have funding problem. 1. Too much salary deduction, They don't follow their own policy. 2. Employees are not aware about HR policy. 3. No upfront travel allowance and reimbursement take months and one have to keep following up for their own money. 4. No PF, Although it is deducted but it not deposited to your PF account. 5. Their commitments towards Incentive are worst. They moment you join, Just forget about Incentives.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
