...ng his specific work location .Too much politics from Top and middle Management. Salary use very less just DA and TA on time. Top Management is use to listen Middle Management thus Middle Management saves them by blaming lower Management. Such Management will kill employee welfare and one everything will be collapse

1. Initial business case on projects not studied properly and lot of mid mgmt employees interventions in Product developments for credability sake. 2. Employees reputations spoiled with unnecessary politics which loses ur motivation 3. No systematic approach as proper systems are considered as an inderance to projects success(For fast gorwing companies like Propel it is a must which needs to be realised) 4. Freshers join boost their knowledge and jump after 2 to 3 years to good company, attrition is not controlled...

On time salary.Timely bill gets cleared from accounts department. On salary deduction while on leave.

Dislikes

Too much of traveling for attending sites. Min 18-19 days of travel every month. Working hours doesn't have any limit. Work life balance is poor
