The company has a great Work Life balance, The employees has good salary compared to market for equally skilled professionals, Seco has a great On Job trainings facility at Sweden headquarters, but depends on which stakeholder you are currently supporting.

Dislikes

Compensation in decent, but individual career growth is extremely slow. You will be forced to do same tasks over the years. The amount of work is very low, so you end up finding/fetching work for yourself from stakeholders. The colleagues in department are not so competent as they also tend to do same work over the period because product itself are not wide. Typical manufacturing setup wherein Your stay in company is more appreciated than your Talent. No flexible hours. A big disappointing factor is CANTEEN food. You have to travel outside city each day crossing Wagholi which is pain sometimes.

Global exposure and Exposure to latest technology and learning from global team.

Dislikes

Equality in pay scale and cultural differences. Not employee centric work place. Family spirit yet to build and long way to go. Appreciation and reward is not that grate.

Company facilities like Transportation, Canteen, Insurance, Medical Facilities, Health check up, infrastructure, working hours are good.

Dislikes

People here are very much old, they have not left job for decades, so everyone is indulged in politics and don't do work with honesty. They don't entertain new employees, They have groups and want to maintain it for life long. There is no inspiration, innovation, creativity, passion. No one talk about productivity improvement. Just 1 Lunch 2 Punch system. One can't develop skill and improve profile here. Old Company, Old Management, Old Thinking. Only few people control how should company go.

Company work environment and culture is very good.. the work staff team & administration staff is supportive &kindly. The work exp. very knowledgeable also life changing experience.. After joined I learnt alot skills & improved some.

Dislikes

Some safety issues and very rare chances to get in service permanently.

Good Company to work with as it has good transport facility and no long working hours so you can have time fr personal life as well.

Dislikes

there are few people in the top management India are not letting peoples and company grow as it should happen just for their comfort, the major affected department by this is R&D India , department head is not moved or changed from last 17 years so its like one man handling the department as he wish and not answerable to anyone for any changes policies in department, Swedish Management is also relying on such people and not thinking for any change.
