learning experience was good, Salary/Appraisal good. There was good job security. Good scope for career growth.

Dislikes

No work-life balance, and there was discrimination between employees about salary and benefits. No training to Sales employees.

Good work environment . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. They give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address your issues. Salary is good but no career growth. Working in 12hrs for rotational shifts. Worked for industrys, there no offices.

Worst company to work, frequent change in management, not a right job for right man,

Overall Company Culture, no chance of growing as an Individual ,lot of open partiality, not a Good company to work for Long term , no proper training to new joinees, need to improve & even HR is very irresponsible, can't take decisions on his own, Bucket holder company

Superiors at Robo silicon are simply awesome, they always motivate subordinates to learn advance accouting procedure. The team building programme, disha workshop are the big pillers of learning for all of the employees.
