We are getting salaries in time, Yearly Bonus getting 2 Months of Full salary And We have Free Family a madical insurance up to 5 lacks And Every Year we are getting 15 to 20% hike from CTC. We are Pleasure to working Anrak Aluminium Limited.

Unfortunately this plant is yet to commissined bcz of non availability of Bauxite. If Plant will be commissioned, then this organisation will be BEST amoung all Alumina Refineries.

PLANT IS NOT RUNNING DUE TO BAUXITE ISSUE BUT THE LOCATION AND INFRASTRUCTURE IS EXCELLENT.

THIS IS GREEN FIELD PROJECT SO NORMAL FACILITY LIKE HEALTH INSURENCE,MEDICAL FACILITY,BONUS,GRATUITY...ETC NOT IMPLEMENTED TILL DATE.
