... to work hard and achieve their goals. Got My promotions on said time intervals. Salary will get credited into bank accounts without any delays. proper updates from all the teams, HR and managers response is so good etc.

Some times the appraisals will get delayed for a quarter. Difficult to move from any projects.

It is excellent for career prospective but it is average for salary prospective. Work environment is good. Thanks for understanding me and giving opportunity to play different roles and responsibilities.

...son who just want to experiment his skills or challenge himself for better role. But that will make you compensate with your compensation later in your carrier beacause you will get salary hike based on your last drawn salary. No training will be there for you. You yourself have to learn and prove yourself and by change you are not able to prove or adapt.. You are gone. Client says he is out and you are out in next day...

There is nothing to like accept salary credited on time

You are not going to ask for appraisal otherwise you can move to other company you are free to go. Hold the appraisal upto 9 months. No bonus or even sona papadi on diwali
