Emp growth is not so flexible and easy but okay. Management have to provide the compensation as little bit unique since Prodapt following OneProdapt systems. We have HR connectivity but not active and easy way to reach them directly.

In this company job is secured and good management give extra allowance.I enjoyed lot as well as gain lots of knowledge about telecom industry

Here major issue is salary is low because even the fresher getting similar to experience guy

Salary is okay for fresher only.not for 2 3 years experience.junior and senior are same salary.this is more disadvantages for Prodapt.

There is no proper information for new joiners. New joiners only call to hr and ask about what will be next. What will be the next. Like that. Promotion to other department is too long. I Think 18 months to change the department from the current posting.
