... TOPS as process associate.It was terrible for my carreer because of low income.Now i m struggling to improve my salary.i gathered knowledge from TOPS but if you cant get salary for what you are working is terrible you know.Appraisel is very very very poor.But good environment.

salary...salary....Every year you will get appraisal which is maximum 800 and minimum 200

Option for growth along with learning opportunities. Encouraging and Friendly environment.

No balanced work life, Politics, Less hike sometime no hike, Struggle reach out top management. Mean while no proper response

Good place to work and nice compensation (if u negotiate good before joining)

Poor HR department. They do not care about employees. They will make new rules which will make employees go mad. Cafeteria has limited options and only veg. Management ppl were not winning any projects, Many ppl are in bench and eventually laid off.

It's good for experience candidates and engineering students. They can get benefits a lot in all the aspects. Here the onsite opportunity will be available in early stage of career.

Dislikes

They treat science students like down people. Will not provide any hike and salary compensation to science students.

Good for freshers to skill up.

...rst. Had a worst immature lead who have no capacity too manage a technical team. And they were not giving two month arrear hike salary. And no wfh and if we ask them will threatening to leave the project.
