This company provides good platform to the fresher to make their career growth an increase their skills like, communications skills, customer service, personal development, etc... Further, the company has a sport cultural activities organized on monthly basis to motivate and bring out the employee's talents. Some of the activities are names as, bike riding, cricket, religious based activities etc...

Dislikes

Less pay scale, partiality and formalism in terms of employee daily targets, appraisals & promotion's which results in negative office environment, less interaction with HR, Issue related to salary on Monthly basis, No improvements/changes in the daily work environment for company and employees betterment, improper practical training for the fresher which results in multiple challenges for the new employees to work on, No difference between a fresher and a senior employees, etc....

There is too much partiality I saw in praxis. I think you are not even getting paid according to your worth (your junior will definitely have a good package then you )and they always find opportunities to deduct your Salary. Nobody appreciates you and the one who are not doing anything getting leaves and nobody will sau anything

Salary is always on time. Your leave request are 99% entertained if you request 7days prior. Fixed working hours.

The HR department is so unprofessional. Especially Ruc_ika Oberoi (HR). She is such an unprofessional lady; she doesn't even know how to talk in a professional manner. Now in the office. Once I shared my feedback with AM. HOD about my process (Vi*Tara), it was just honest feedback on how they could improve the process. I didn't get any acknowledgement of that, and additionally, I was mentally harassed by one of the supervisors (NB). He used to say, "Sudhaar liya process... Teri English... Tere saare mail padhe Maine... Bht mail mail khena aata h tujhe... Tujhe kya lagta h humko kuch pta nhi lagega. Tere saare mail h humaare paas forwarded hai (this happened for almost 2 months). I just shared my honest feedback, but I don't know why this was mentioned by AM to the floor supervisor and especially him but i believe he must have shared this with process manager and she must have told to that crap Nemesh Babbar save your company throw him out he is a toxic personality he give mental harassment to people and i don't know how he is even eligible for a supervisor role that guy doesn't even know how to talk. He used abusive language in the office. He mentally harassed me so much that I knew I wouldn't be able to continue here anymore. It's not only me who has a problem with that guy; 80% of the employees on the floor have the same issue, but no one has raised any complaint because everyone knows he is a favourite of Ma_oti.(process manager).

...nd if they don't have good mood they will spoil your day. Too much of politics. They hold your ½ salary of 1st month and get will cr. You after 1.1 months so much of delay in each and Every work.

1. Work Management: work Management of this company is totally poor, here you have to face internal politics, baised nature of managers and poor management. Managers are totally baised they give preference to selected person only "basically unko jo chatt-te h managers ki humesha". Management work of this company is totally terrible, every company provide weekly orr monthly roaster but here our manager provides roaster on day basis where in which he does modification as per their chattu friends preference. 2. Transport system: transport system is totally poor, yes they provide cabs upto delhi mid but you have to wait for cabs for so long after office and if you miss cab or you want to cancel cab then they deduct money from your salary. 3. Salary & growth: Here you will not get salary of what you deserve and growth is very less for ex: they provide you appraisal of senior associate after one year and they will only increase salary upto 1500-2000only.
