Waste culture & policy Owner thinking is like third class If someone going with.better opportunity company holding the salary after resignation. Not a satisfied organisation. Will never grow. Salary depends on site payment of staff. Salary mostly done after 15th of senior staff . Hr head is the woman in power next to ceo. Useless police. By holding the salary of labour they grow They have to fixed strategy.

Dislikes

It seems as if the CEO of the cookie company uses it to introduce himself. Company admin & HR don't know how to deal with staff. The policy of the company changes without 2 days. There is no privacy in one's own room, very bad photography of who is doing what and eating & politics abounds here.

There is no job security, Procurement Head Dwarikanath Rout is having rural mindset (belongs from rustic background); so he's egoistic and thinks he's heading a department of 1 of those Fortune 500 companies and company does promotion in print, electronic and social medias & some Bollywood celebrity is their Brand Ambassador.

Its a Private Limited Company having Promoter base in Odisha with 17+Yrs of company existence & overall background of 25+yrs. The promoter are qualified with Technical degree from reputed institute & poses a high acumen for detailed oriented approach. The company has executed many successful projects & having offices at New Delhi, Odisha, Rajasthan. The appraisable point as per my view is a progressive entity with reputed clientele base though with these long background company still strives hard to reach a considerable heights. Corporate culture is good.
