Waste culture & policy Owner thinking is like third class If someone going with.better opportunity company holding the salary after resignation. Not a satisfied organisation. Will never grow. Salary depends on site payment of staff. Salary mostly done after 15th of senior staff . Hr head is the woman in power next to ceo. Useless police. It seems as if the CEO of the cookie company uses it to introduce himself. Company admin & HR don't know how to deal with staff. The policy of the company changes without 2 days. There is no privacy in one's own room, very bad photography of who is doing what and eating & politics abounds here.

Its a Private Limited Company having Promoter base in Odisha with 17+Yrs of company existence & overall background of 25+yrs. The promoter are qualified with Technical degree from reputed institute & poses a high acumen for detailed oriented approach. The company has executed many successful projects & having offices at New Delhi, Odisha, Rajasthan. The appraisable point as per my view is a progressive entity with reputed clientele base though with these long background company still strives hard to reach a considerable heights.
