Very toxic culture. The teams work in isolation with the HQ, there is a lot of hierarchy and It’s like getting trapped in a remote area and then it gets difficult to get back to the city life.

I have met all villages and try to develop villages e.g. agriculture, women development and village development etc. Job security is not good because no permanent job I means project have limited period. Work culture is very good because I met villager and women they are supported to me and also my team are supportive. Companies policies are good.

Dislikes

Salary is good but career growth is slow because project is limited.

... ( permanent staff) but never think about the contractual , consultant staffs, You will not get the Salary slip if you are a consultant

* Daily travel from office to working site range from 25km to 65km, due to which some of my colleagues suffered from health issues.
